These terms and conditions apply to the site and all its sections, branches and affiliated websites that refer to these terms and conditions as a reference when visiting the site. The customer acknowledges his agreement to the current terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should not use this site, as the site administrators reserve the right to change parts of the terms of use and conditions or modify them or add information to them or remove them at any time. The changes become effective when they are posted on the site without prior notice. Please review the terms and conditions to see any future updates. Other obligations:
- The customer is responsible for government procedures, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in the country to which he will travel. - In the event of emergency situations (security and natural disasters), Ashwaq Trips disclaims responsibility and the policy of airlines and hotels will be applied in cases of cancellation or modification.
- Adjacent or connecting rooms are not confirmed and subject to availability at the hotels.
- Room reservation system (standard) unless otherwise stated in the program and there is no commitment to a specific view - In case of wanting to change the room for any reason, please refer to the hotel management and coordinate with them - Triple rooms are the same size as regular rooms (standard) with the addition of a "sofabed" bed inside the room
- The hotel room check-in time starts from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, according to the international hotel system.
- The customer completes the boarding procedures (baggage loading procedures - choosing/changing seats - issuing a boarding pass)
- In the event of any problem or delay due to the lines included in the trip, Ashwaq Travels does not bear responsibility or the procedures related to it, and the customer must bear all costs issued in this regard.
-Room insurance is the customer's responsibility.
Adhere to and comply with the instructions of the flight supervisor.
- Respect and do not assault the trip supervisors and participants, in word or deed. If this is proven, the company has the right to cancel the trip of the aggressor and does not have the right to demand any amounts that have been paid.
- Do not interfere in the privacy of others and respect the privacy of each participant.
- Do not photograph participants without prior permission. - In the event of the occurrence or repetition of the aforementioned violations, the supervisor has the right to take appropriate action without the violator having the right to claim any amounts or compensation.
- In case of non-compliance with the daily program or the mentioned activities, no compensation amounts shall be claimed for that.
- If the customer does not wish to complete the trip, he shall bear all costs (transportation from/to the hotel and airport not included in the trip program - changing the flight date), noting that the amounts paid in advance are non-refundable.
First: Commitment of the first party (Ashwaq Trips)
- Ensure that the agreed upon programmes are implemented according to the attached plan.
- Hotel reservations according to the applicable terms and conditions - Confirmed round-trip flight reservations according to the applicable terms and conditions. Any problems in delaying the flight issued by the airlines included in the flight are not responsible (Ashwaq_Flights)
- The presence of a supervisor according to the agreed program
Second: Commitment of the second party (the client)
- Commitment to ethics and regulations that suit public taste.
- Adherence to the flight schedule with discipline and attendance at the times specified by the supervisor - Preserving bags and personal belongings throughout the flight
- Preserving the property of others and not causing any damage or harm to you or any family member.
- Maintaining health safety, as all our programs do not include travel insurance. If you wish to obtain travel insurance, it will be provided at your personal expense.
- Issuing a visa for the country you wish to travel to (if necessary)
